You provide the picture.  The picture needs to have the following characteristics:

1.  Well focused  -  Normal contrast

2.  Relatively close up  -  Not a small face in a group

3.  Good resolution  -  At least 640x480 pixels

4.  Good lighting  -  No dark shadows on face

5.  Digital file preferred  -  It can be emailed

With frame, but no finish
