This is a solid metal souvenir replica of the Aon Center of Los Angeles. Overall height measures 4.7". The base measures 1.2" x 1.4". On the front, the base reads in raised lettering, "AON CENTER". On the back, "LOS ANGELES". Left side, "1974" and right side, "262 M".

A pillar of the downtown LA skyline: When completed in 1974, the Aon Center (aka First Interstate Tower) was the tallest building in the United States west of Chicago. The building is rectangular, tapering 2 metres as it rises. The four faces are clad in dark glass and mullions. In 1988, a fire destroyed five floors. Since then all high-rise buildings in Los Angeles have been fitted with sprinkler systems.

Note: This replica is in the new standard scale
