<--- This unique building received the American Institute of Architect's Honor Award in 1990. Fountain Place is 720 feet tall with 62 stories, making it the
5th tallest skyscraper in Dallas. The building has the appearance of a glass prism or gem. One of the unique features is that it looks completely different as you view it from various locations
in Downtown. The building combines a variety of geometric shapes (cubes, parallelepipeds, tetrahedrons and rhomboids) that created a 10-sided building of sloped and vertical interfacing walls. |
