This is a solid metal souvenir replica of the distinctive Bank of China, Hong Kong. The height measures 4.8" to the top of the antennas. The base of this cool paperweight measures 1.4" square. On the front, the base reads in raised lettering, "BOC, HK". On the right side, "369M". On the back, "IM PEI". And left side, "1989"

The Bank of China Building became Asia's tallest building when it was completed in 1989. The building consists of four vertical shafts that emerge from the building's granite base. One shaft reaches 70 stories and is topped with two masts. Giant diamond shapes have been formed on the facade by diagonal mullions.
